Not exactly, she's very fast yes but hiro can't stop time to the whole he just stops it to the almost point of stop, that's why Daphne still can move but when hiro gives 101% Daphne isn't fast enough and hiro is 0.00000000000000001 second faster than Daphne but even that is enough to keep distance from her

And for her being a speedster we’re not just seeing hiro slow down time it’s that we’re seeing hiro “slow down” time around an already REALLY FAST moving person! Notice how when she punches hiro time starts going, at the point before the punch she was still basically talking at super speed to any other observer because once she noticed hiro her powers automatically shifted her speed to whatever pace hiro was talking at.

He stopped time completely initially but as he relaxes it unfreezes just slightly > you can see daphne speed trail dissipate

Her movement and mannerisms always reminded me of 'Chiana' from Farscape for some reason! All the way up to her freaking hairstyle! Also I love how Hiro kept calling her Nemesis :p

It's cause she talks at a slightly accelerated pace compared to normal people. That's a nice detail that speedsters tend to have, cause from their perspective everyone else is just too slow. It makes them come off as a bit manic and zany.

@Fam Alam I didn't invent it. I just noticed it among certain characters. Speed talking is a trait some people have for various reasons. Speedsters go fast. It makes sense for them to talk fast. Look up clips of Impulse from Young Justice.

Peter pre-power loss and re-aquire was OP as hell just banked all those powers. It's no wonder they did the whole lose ur powers and then get them back but now u can only hold one power at a time thing.

Because the plot became worse and worse and people stopped watching. Poor writing.

@@Shendue not really, the show get bad because of the writers strike that was happening at the time. what actually happened is that each season was supposed to fucus on different characters and different stories, but because of the popularity of rhe first season, they decided to shoe horn in the charecters of the first season into the second. and because of the writers strike, the show horned nature of the second season made it porly wroten and short.
