Everybody keep saying Juke will turn because of the death of Marvin. I disagree, if you've been paying attention Juke seriously contemplated enlisting in the Army. She doesnt want to live the street life or be in that environment anymore. She's only giving the singing group a shot because of she feels she owes that much to her girlfriend who passed, and Marvin and Lou believing so much in her talent. I believe what ultimately will be the life crisis that changes Jukbox is what she goes through while enlisted. Shes always been street smart, so that part of her was going to stay intact regardless.

Juke could have easily survived power and probably would have made it through ll and probably would have got to force since she was a cop and she could have easily been involved in Tommy's story. But it was literally her own personal gain plus she wanted to kill Tariq that got her killed in the first place. From raising kanan you can easily see that she can easily be a lead or even her own story since she is technically a power OG character. If only she didn't want to kill Tariq and just get the money then kill ghost. I was honestly fine with ghost dying and riq taking his spot. And then that could have been his story of revenge to get jukebox back while still under kanan's wing. Kanan literally said in his own words" I killed my own son and I would do it again because he was soft but not like you" . From that scene alone you can clearly see that jukebox did not care and just laughed it off. That definitely sparked something in Kanan to shoot her. "Nobody's taking me from you Kanan" -young Jukebox

At 15:15 Kanans play was similar to how he played Ronnie. He knew he wasn’t down to kill Tariq, but also knew he wasn’t in position to fight with only juke knowing his location. So he made the split second decision to go along until he was in a proper position to make his own move. U can tell the actors and writers studied their older counterparts when creating raisin kanan.
