I think he really got Kanan out the way because he killed Shawn and used him as a pawn.. he had love for Kanan for teaching him how to get it without ghost.. but Kanan had to pay. My thing is in RK, kanan has a choice to go to a nice school and make it out the hood. He just didn’t want to leave his mother. Similarities and parallels to Ghost and tariq. Off her first and last name, as was the rest of the family. He was “born” from two drug dealers. Kanan had everyone in his ear hyping him up to live up to deaf con I don’t think Tariq wanted to be like Ghost. Tariq was a grieving child being lied to by all the adults around him. Kanan showed him how to express himself during that grief tho he was taking advantage of him. I think Tariq chose the game because he was addicted to it at that point. He had witnessed 3 murders and committed one by the time he decided to kill ghost.

Yeah, that could just be Tariq saying that because technically he was his karma, but there’s this theory that Tariq always wanted to be like Ghost from when Kanan started telling him about how Ghost used to roll in the streets. And every time he argued with Ghost, all he wanted was the truth. He wanted Ghost to acknowledge that he was what he actually was instead of believing his fake facade and persona that he was a legit businessman.

I love their origin story so much because it reminds me of my old hood and some of the dudes I grew up with. At age 42 I can relate to what happens when you don’t give up the life at the right time. It is true that the game only ends 3 ways. Death, deportation or incarceration. I can tell you that when we finally get to this point in RK alot of the love people have for Ghost is gonna disappear. We will learn that Kanan loved Ghost and Tommy and Ghost turned on him to take his spot. Ghost will take out his frustration with Breeze on Kanan. Anyone saying that Famous is Breeze is a complete idiot. There is no way that scaredy cat is gonna level up and become this Kingpin. Famous will become a junkie rappin’ for money on the streets and running his mouth and Kanan will have to put him down. Reluctantly. Looking back you can see Kanan only learned of Ghost betrayal the last year of his sentence. JukeBox didn’t know. Tommy didn’t know. Tasha turned Ghost against Kanan. Hopefully we find out why she hates Special K so much. Lastly you can see that Paz and her father knew Kanan and Breeze and that Ghost worked for them. Angela was blinded by love so she never looked at his friends except Tommy and now I remember that Ghost and Tommy knew each other since grade 6! Awesome video man! Brought a tear to my eye❤️

I see we all end up here after a mind bending episode to try and put the pieces together 😅 After hearing over and over Jamie's excuse for taking out Breeze and what I see from Ronnie on Raising Kanan, I think I may have figured out specifically WHY he felt he needed to do it...... Ronnie ( Raising Kanan Spoiler) got out and acted obsessed with the fact that Unique's success was lame in comparison to what they Used to do before he got locked up.He would not give Nique his flowers about anything he showed him. He also has very clear OCD when it comes to routine and placement. He wants everything to do what it's supposed to do with no switch up...... This brings me to the comment Kanan made about Breeze saying "He had the same routine..." explaining how that's what got him caught up. Im guessing he loved how he had Tommy and Ghost in the groove of keeping them all as GOOD as Ronnie felt they should be.....until Ghost wanted to change things and grow out of the life. I think Ghost asked if they could use some of the money to send him to college so he could earn the degrees needed to flip the dope money and build businesses that would get them all out of the game and keep them rich legally. He wanted to get away from the streets, not rule them. This would take him away from the "Routine" and Breeze aka Ronnie wasn't having that ish at all. Jamie "gave him one chance" by asking him to please reconsider and explained how this would benefit everybody but Breeze don't know nothing but this. Notice how Ronnie (spoiler) didn't wanna work a job, get with no females or even have sex....his whole mission since he got let out was to go to WORK. I know it's a bit crazy but this is how it's planning out in my head so far.

We can all tell the writers WRITE backwards meaning they hint and throw subtle things hinting to what’s to come. Picture if BREEZE had already been shown like he’s Ghost Uncle that appeared at the funeral and he faked his death or somehow survived and Ghost is doing the same thing to bring it all full circle with Tariq.

My predictions: - Season 3, we’re introduced to Breeze via Ronnie. - Season 4: Kanan and Breeze take over together. Kanan kills or sets up Ronnie to defend his Mom - Season 5: We meet Tommy and Ghost, and Kanan’s son Shawn is born. So Famous dies S3 or S4 - Marvin dies S3 or beginning of S4 and Juke completely snaps - Maybe, Marvin returns to drugs hanging out with reporter - Kanan will eventually kill or setup Ronnie to defend Raq. I think Ronnie will be to Kanan what Kanan was to Tariq. He’ll be the only one really show Kanan the game and tell him the truth. But in the end, Kanan will choose his Mother. - I am not sure what role Lou’s club will play, but I think it’ll be very important for the story

But if not then kanan wasn’t there when it happened, he was just telling Tariq either half of the truth or what he knew about it. If Ghost only told Kanan that he took breeze out, then he was probably protecting Tommy

@@lenorawilson2326Kanan actually said that Ghost came to him with a plan to kill Breeze. Then Kanan goes on to say that he and Ghost broke into Breeze's apartment. Kanan was there and not Tommy which is how Kanan knew where the bullet hole was. It is also the same reason why Tommy said it wasn't his story to tell Tariq. It seems as if the back story to Breeze changed a few times. I think the writers initially wanted it to be Ghost and Tommy who killed him but around Season 3 changed it to Ghost and Kanan being the ones who killed Breeze. It makes sense, as in one of the scenes when Ghost talks about Breeze with Tariq he says he was Tariq's age -which lines up with what Kanan said. Best guess is that Breeze killed Ghost father and Ghost killed him with the help of Kanan. Which is why Kanan became the Boss afterwards while Ghost slipped into a depression that turned him into a drunk.
