Indeed. I also met him in 2003 at the Pittsburgh Comicon for the 25th anniversary of Dawn of the Dead. He was awesome!

Yes indeed! I was lucky enough to attend the 25th anniversary of "Dawn of the Dead" at the Pittsburgh Comicon. We had a screening of the film from an original 16mm print, we got to go on a tour of the Monroeville Mall where they shot the film, lead by cast members, and got to meet a lot of the cast and crew. It was awesome.

@@BillAllanWorld That is fantastic. I wish I got to meet Romero. I have met Kane Hodder, Felissa Rose and Bruce Campbell though. All great people. Btw keep doing what you're doing. I currently run 3 D&D campaigns for adults, a group for kids every other Saturday and do one shots when I can. You've been an inspiration.

@@nicholasderosa2984 Thanks man! I actually didn't meet Romero at the Pittsburgh Comicon, but I did interview him later at the 2004 Movieside Film Festival in Chicago. He was a genuinely down to earth guy. Super chill.

These guys aslo were in the remake
@BillAllanWorld10 ай бұрын
Yeah, it was cool seeing them in cameo appearances in the 2004 remake. There was even a nod to Gaylen Ross (one of the stores at the mall was named after her).
