Those large water bottles have a plastic seal on the lid end. You remove the empty bottle, and then just put the still sealed bottle into the machine. The weight of the water will pop the plastic seal and allow the water to flow through. You would never remove the seal before attempting to add it to the water cooler. It's a funny bit, but it doesn't make any sense if you've ever had to change one of those.

Peacock most definitely has all three shows (granted, some episodes may be missing due to heightened concerns over showing blackface. I know 30 Rock has some episodes missing over that, like the one with the Amos and Andy spoof that had Jon Hamm on it). There are always DVD and Blu-ray releases if you feel that streaming services aren't worth it.
