I relate to Mariah so much. I raised my siblings bc my mother was on and off of drugs majority of my life. But I still never turned my back on her or gave up on her because she was my mother and I loved her so much. She eventually got clean and began to get her life together. She passed away last month suddenly and I'll never be the same.

It takes a strong person to take something like that on and also, as much as you probably didn’t want to at times, take care of your mother when you probably felt like she didn’t deserve it (because that’s how I used to feel anyway). Ever since my therapist told me that I let go of all the pain and hurt because looking back I wouldn’t have it any other way because I wouldn’t be the strong, independent women I am today, even though I shouldn’t of had to learn some of them lessons early on in life. Anyways I hope you and your family are doing fine. You’re strong and you’re amazing always remember that beautiful!🥰🙌🏼💗
