I was asked to steal things from hotel rooms when working away to donate items for Women's Aid. At one conference we were stewarding we were put up in a three star hotel and I only took the tea bags, sugar sachets, coffee sachets and soaps on the last morning instead of hiding them in my suitcase every morning so they would be replenished. The manager in charge of us stole a small Christmas tree from the restaurant in one hotel. I applauded her for it as I didn't like the people running the hotel and nicknamed it Fawlty Towers. She was called Fagin after that.
