finally someone used one music from a tittle instead flood only one game... but many good musics was left, for example wildchoopers, star soldier, rush 2049, command & conquer, wipeout, and gasp. these games for sure have one or more musics that deserve much more to be listed as best of n64 than some tittles present there... so, the best choice is not remove something, but add all what must be there too.

I really like your choices for this list. But in my opinion Glover's Atlantis 3 is even more beautiful then Atlantis 1. And why not River of Souls instead of Port of Adia. Turok 2 has a great ost but River is by far the best one!

@@aronbroom7977 the hardware was definitely better. The playback system on the Nintendo 64 will top the S-SMP any day in terms of performance. However, because the limitations of the SNES existed, having only 8 audio sampling channels instead of a whole playback system, composers had to be smart about it and usually ended up using the chip to its fullest, making some SNES music better than that on even modern games.

Got to remember this is just a select number of tunes there’s still a lot of amazing music missing. Also nothing tops Jet Force Gemini in sound quality. SNES could only dream of beating it.
