It's most likely a GoXLR, an XLR microphone mixer that has built in hardware features like reverb, pitch shifting, gain, etc. They're quite pricey depending on the model, but based on the recording date of these videos we can assume he has one of the earlier models. Most likely the 400 dollar one. Bad news is the parent company laid off all the GoXLR staff so there's probably not gonna be any more made. Thankfully there's lots of great alternatives!

During lockdown they recorded a lot of those via discord/Steam I believe. A few of the ones recorded during lockdown (i.e. Worms) were recorded from the office, but because of Oney's hardware & all of them wearing separate headphones, they're all able to hear the funny voice modification (i.e. Resident Rvil 3 Remake) This is all just based off of assumption however.
