Number 8 Had a similar incident happen during Christmas. I went with my brother to pick up a Christmas tree. This large blob of a human came out of his vehicle, leaving his door open. The light had gone green, so my brother went forward, and it really messed up the guys driver side door. The police listed the rager as a fault for exiting his vehicle in an unsafe manner on a roadway. My brother got his front passenger panel repainted. Just remember to say "you were in fear for the safety of your passenger and yourself," Not saying it will work in all states but it will in most states.

I know the car merging would have been fairly close to cutting him off if cammer had kept his speed, but the cammer speeding up to intentionally block someone for no reason is one of the main problem with drivers these days. I am from PA and it does have a limited stand your ground law which removes the duty to retreat in public only when a person is defending themselves against an assailant who is armed with a deadly weapon. Otherwise, a person has a duty to retreat in public before resorting to force in public. It was Castle Doctrine until about 2011 before the laws were amended and expanded

tell me you dont know anything about trucks.... nearly all of those trucks dont have "Park". Its not broken, there is no "Park Gear" in the transmission. they rely on the brakes to hold the truck. Airbrakes are failsafe, no air pressure means the brakes are fully applied. This truck had regular hydraulic brakes and uses a cable style emergency brake like regular cars/trucks/suvs. That "bang" was the cable snapping...

Speeding is also against the law, there is no law that requires that I get out of your way so you can speed. If i'm going the speed limit and you want to pass me then obviously you are going over the speed limit and breaking the law. So pot meet kettle.

Situation @ 1:48 is COMPLETELY pov fault. This maneuver is common and its done by people who cant handle being overtaken. POV is putting the foot to the floor to keep left lane from passing, that is the only reason. When he gets passed he honks and acts all surprised, even though the situation was so easy to predict. Dangerous and stupid.
