The height on his jumpshot, his release point and that hard bounce on his jumper reminds me so much of MARBURY. He's stockier but Marbury was a big 1 guard as well. And, while Marbury was no slouch athletically, Scoot does seem to be at that ELITE level of say a Russ or Rose who combined that athleticism with power.
