DesertSilverMetallicDC5 Unequal length headers too will give it that sound. They come with equal length headers if I’m not mistaken from factory

Josh Frank the new WRX comes with equal length headers because of the twin scroll turbo, unequal length headers will not work on a twin scroll

APClickers while true if correct driven they are as fast as many RWD cars, in fact Subaru tests his vehicles for handling using the porsche 911 carrera S as a benchmark.

Get some better suspension with thicker rear sway bar and the car rotates beautifully. Another reason why people feel Subaru’s understeer crazy is cause they don’t know how to drive an awd car fast. You can’t just go flat out through a corner, instead let off the gas and allow the car to rotate then floor it once the car straightens out

Subie Jason My goal is to get mine built for the track and also thrash it on the track. I'm currently in Hawaii and we have no circuit here. The only place I can semi push my car is a two lane mountain road that's sketchy because there's two way traffic and cops patrol it often because of the drifters. I'm moving to Illinois in a few months so I'll have track options. The main reason I commented is because of your picture with the chopped fingers. It's hard to see in my picture but I have a pair on my top right rear window. I love MCM and their do it yourself attitude.

Don't have much sympathy towards ricers as well, i only buy quality parts. Thinking about a catback invidia n1 street or a turboback max speed exhaust system for my STI, EJ engines have such a nice sound and the stock exhaust is really restrictive. (Both sound- and flow wise, especially the downpipe as far as the latter goes)

The Law it's illegal sadly and maybe a bit too loud for long trips. I went for a maxspeed r1 catback, sounds good but not as clear and bassy as invidia q300/g200.

Free flow from turbo. No cat no restriction of air flow and most tuned cars running richer fuel to save engine some unburnt fuel burns and explodes under exaust pressure. Its illegal in most public roads to have that but...

Those days didn't go away until 2022. I bought an sti new in 2021 and it came with the same ej 257 as ever. Best car decision I ever made. Especially since subaru just announced it won't be making an sti based on the new platform
