By which I mean illiterates generally, HR managers called 'Liz' or 'Claire', and the Work Experience girl from Essex who works at the 'pronunciation unit' (LMFAO) of the BBC. The sort of people who pronounce _lingerie_ as LOUNGE-ERAY. Gog save us. The word is 'AITCH' - unless 'HAITCH' now appears in the Oxford Dictionary, too.
