I was in highschool. A friend of mine encouraged me to see this movie. I was prepared to watch another B movie à la JC Vandamme, with fight sequences and a thin plot. The kind of movie I like to enjoy with a pack of beer you know. The truth is : I really didn't expect to be watching something like this. For once, a Martial Art movie with a consistent and emotional storyline. Everything was there : story, music, action ... This movie is probably in my top 3 of Martial Arts movies of all time.
