Which makes me wonder what other instructional VHS tapes he's appeared in. I also thought it was weird that even though they did point out that Billy B had been in a previous video in WotW 20, none of them mentioned his kids. I believe the reason why the video on the gun robbery mentions the tip to always keep the store neat and tidy w/ stocked shelves, is based off the broken windows theory. The theory is that ppl are more likely to commit crimes in places that look dilapitated (buildings with broken windows). So if you keep things looking nice, it shows ppl care for the environment, and won't ruin it/ commit crimes.
