My 10 gallon Waterbox is a great tank. I have custom glass lid made for it and the only downside I've found is that the sump glass is lower means that my cleaner goby now lives in the rear sump. The bugger just slips over glass into the sump.

You shouldn't need a sump for a 10 gallon tank . Period. You just need a simple filter and plants. Remember plants are technically filters already if you set up a 10 gallon tank with a bunch of plants you would have an ecosystem tank which doesn't need water changes or filter

Meh. Innovative Marine has pretty terrible customer service. Im new to reefing but not new to speaking directly with a company and IM was less than helpful during my interactions. Im a cinematographer and was hoping to make a short film about setting up a tank and got zero and I mean absolutely zero love from the company trying to source a 50 Lagoon. As my journey unfolds, I won't forget the cold responses I got from their reps. For clarity, I just wanted to buy a tank, I wasn't looking for special treatment. After visiting all my regional reef stores I found that they all dropped IM because of the lackluster customer service...go figure!
