I'm not a witch for making leaf potions and collecting rocks, I'm a witch because at the frail age of three I survived multiple fatal things (a full ass furniture piece twice my size and weight falling on me), randomly being visited by spirits during specific periods of time only at specific hours, literally _talking_ to a dog to find a lost one and finding the lost dog with another dog, almost getting myself off the planet with multiple occasions like a ball flying past the back of my head at rapid speed and somehow missing, but how can I forget, following two random cows that I never saw again up to a river that was believed to be radioactive and seeing them drink only to know if I could. Maybe my parents think I'm silly, but hey, uh, funsies? :')

So, in my practice I blow out my candles, not snuff them. I see it as breathing life into my spell and sending the magick and intentions out of me and into creation with the smoke. Whereas snuffing the flame feels like suffocating and smothering the spell so it can't breathe and it dies.

Okay I have a question about the mirror thing if anyone can answer. I have a mirror in my room. But it’s on the inside of my closet door and my closet door is always closed if I’m not using stuff. Is that safe since I can’t see it? I would think so because I haven’t had a nightmare in a long time *knock on wood*

Mirrors in general are okay! It tends to be a bigger issue if they’re facing your bed, or if you have two mirrors facing each other. If you’re worried about it, you can (and probably should just in general) always lock your mirror!

Don't hex people just because they need time apart. They may not mean it in a bad way and their mental health is just bad. But if you hex them if their mental health is bad it can get worse. so please don't do what this witch did.
