The one with the red cap is a 100W pump vs 60W of the others - so it's more than just the colour you would be paying for :) In theory it should have more 'sucking' power with a more powerful motor - whether it is noticeable or not I cannot say. Just an observation.

I have used the manual extractor one for years now on a w212. It works much much better than the battery one.
