I would like a free CE course. A short history. When I returned to the US from Bangkok I moved to the NYC. I was told Real Estate was how to earn money fast. I spent all my money moving. I got a license a 93% on the test. But I wasn’t consistent. I was not only new to NYC but had to culture shock reengineering the US from 6 years in Thailand. At times I did well with an office across from the Empire State Building with it right across my window. But I was inconsistent and had that office only 1 month. I moved to another broker. Citi-Habitats/Corcoran. I was competing with people who lived in NYC their whole life. So I went into teaching where at least I earned a consistent salary. I ended up moving back to California and then the pandemic hit and couldn’t get a job so had to work as a substitute- which bankrupted me because of the pay. This is where I am now. Thinking of getting back into real estate in a family environment. I used to live and drive taxi in San Francisco 22 years ago. but can’t afford to live their now. Perhaps if I get a real estate license I could move back to San Francisco.

Thanks for the content. Question: I purchased the Exam Prep Package on Kaplan (The $199 one) andd noticed that it didn't mention 135 credit hours. Will I still be able to take the DRE test upon completion of this course?

I would like to get a real estate license because my Grandma used to be a good and honest real estate agent and property appraiser. She is an important person in my life that I look up to and real estate does interest me.
