I am from Vadodara and this tum tum is eaten on Uttarayan on the terrace without fail. Especially in the eve when the sun is about to set, their is lot of kites in sky and fireworks are starting to go off. The combination of masala tea with this tum tum is just heavenly even better than with alcohol.
