Biggest tip i can give you and from personal experiences get rid of that goofy rubber band peep and put a better one on that safer .......js .....i had a bad situation from one no good and get rid ofvthat biscuit put a dropaway on way better

I see that Bear offers the full package on the Alaskan XT as well for right around the same price. Which is the better package? At first glance I can't even tell much of a difference between the two aside from one being a solo cam setup and the other being a dual cam. Been out of archery/bowhunting for about 15 years so I'm not up to speed on modern bow tech. Looking to get back into it with a good bang-for-buck rig. Thank you.

@madcapper6 really just depends if ya want more speed or a longer axel to axel bow. Alaskan xt will be longer and a little faster. Adapt will be easy drawing and a little easier to tune.

The only things this bow needs to make it great is a drop away rest & after 300 shots swap out the peep for a tubeless one!.
