I just bought the Garden Variety palette online yesterday. I kept coming back to it. The fact that it was half price pushed me over the edge. Also grabbed Stone Cold 🦊. And PS - you are such a pleasure to watch. Great video.

I definitely agree on this year’s Sydney Grace obsession. This is the year I finally tried out this brand, and every time an order of singles arrived, I was so impressed that I placed my next order a day later! They are just the best. I love a lot of formulas, high end and affordable, but nothing can touch Sydney Grace. Somehow they are the perfect combination of the most pigmented AND the most easy to work with shadows I own. The BH Naughty palette would definitely land in my top ranked palettes, along with some of Sigma’s palette releases, Natasha Denona’s 15-pan palettes, and probably Colourpop Hocus Pocus and Stone Cold Fox. Oh, and Maybelline Nudes of New York-that palette is incredible!

An excellent video once again. I find you to be one of my top 3 and I really enjoy the majority of your content so thank you for all the effort you always put out! Our palette rankings dont match up exactly however that is why makeup is wonderful! Happiest of New Years yet!! You saved me from buying the HP palettes and I’m thankful for that because I was close as another huge HP fan! As a 44yo physician who wears softer makeup to work (when I do) I love the Lorac formula. It’s definitely my fav high end shadow then the earlier ABH. Anymore I truly don’t see a difference between high end and drugstore products. Especially eye shadows.

It took me forever to get the Sydney Grace light. She always has a big sale in summer, which I did not know about and it was restocked then, You just may have to wait for that summer sale. Maybe she has an Easter sale! Anyhoo good luck, it is a really nice palette.

I actually bought 12 of her singles and her medium sized magnetic palette. That’s been my favorite “palette” of this year. Her formula is really nice. Maybe you could get some singles while you wait for a restock. Hopefully it’ll restock soon. I know they just restocked both before Christmas. I guess they just sell out quickly. 😢

Happy New Year! It was a surprise for me when I have seen Natasha Denona palette on second place but when you mentioned Sidney Grace it made sense. I was on a LOW buy $25 a month & still I was able to get the palettes I wanted. But then I don't feel my makeup needs a fancy designer name to work great for me. I was able to get my skincare routine from either TO or YesStyle & still stay on budget. I made a pact with hubby he pays taxes & shipping so that helped keep me on point. So much so that we're thinking of doing it again this year! I got the Stone Cold Fox for just a little over $25 but it was my birthday month so that was okay! Best of luck to you!

@@CowGirlKat8691 I had to buy the fricking' Colourpop bundle😤 of the Stone Cold Fox (brushes and eyeshadow pallette) to get what I wanted, which was only the eyeshadow pallette. It was impossible to get just the pallette because it was always out of stock (marketing/sale strategy😤); and with the fear that it would not be restocked (as Colourpop is famous for) I had to spend $60.🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Ja..! And recently, the pallette went on sale at $25. Really..? Colourpop has rotten my nerves on 2020..!

Love the new packaging on the Sydney Grace enduring love palette.. I bought the darker one because that’s all that was available at the time I hated the tin packaging so I “depotted” not something I suggest doing the shadows are very fragile! BUT I’m glad I did it because I now have both one in singles and one in the beautiful new packaging!! It’s worth buying over for that packaging!

I was waiting for this video Mandy and sort of watched it through my fingers as a non YT creator 🤣 Because I definitely don’t need any more eyeshadow palettes until 2023 🤣 Over the festive period it has finally dawned on me that the only palettes I really need in my life are the ND Biba and Glam, Sydney Grace Enduring Love, Dose of Colors Friendcation and Marvelous Mauves, the Tati palette, the BH Cosmetics Love in London and the Persona Identity Palette!!! However I have to give an honorable mention to the CP That’s Taupe and BH Cosmetics Hangin in Hawaii palettes, they are amazing 😍 I have a love hate relationship with Colourpop, their palettes (in my opinion of course) are not consistent in formula and performance which irritates the hell out of me... first world problems I know 😂 But they knocked it out of the park with the That’s Taupe palette and it’s far superior in quality to the Going Coconuts, again IMO. These 46 old lids of mine are not loving every eyeshadow palette like they did 15 years ago so that’s my reason for being picky!!

Thanks for reviewing so many palettes. I have the Nabla side by side nude palette and I really like it. I agree that the ND Bronze palette could use more variety in the shimmer shades. I still like it, but I could love it with more shade variety. I don’t have many bronze palettes, so it is a favorite in my collection for the formula alone. I will couple it with my ND mini nude palette.

Fun video! My very favorite palette this year has been Zoeva The Basic Moment. I guess I am more of a cool toned eye fan than I realized. It was a recommendation from Angie at HotNFlashy. This only has 10 colors, but equal mattes and shimmers and the formula is the best I have tried in 2020. Thank you so much, I am definitely going to check a couple of these out!

Great number 1 palette ! :) I love my SG shadows too however just for info - a lot of their dusty desaturated mattes will come out way brighter on the eyes ! I have Embrace, Laughter, Faithful and although they look like pretty muted colors - they all look almost the same bright coral-ish on the lids :( If you want true dusty roses or mauves better look for a different brand (ABH for example or Nabla). SG matte browns though are my fave !

I love my Natasha Denona Biba palette. I purchased it during the Black Friday sale at 30% off. I also love my Natasha Denona Glam. I get more than just cool toned looks with my ND Glam palette. I can get a pink look, a taupe look, a Smokey look, or a gold look. I have the Sydney Grace Enduring Love palette. I just have not used it enough to form a solid opinion. I purchased it during Black Friday.

weirdly enough, my favorite "green/olive" palette is the natasha denona mini gold palette. You should try it. It's all the khaki haze tried to be in an even more compact and perfectly curated palette ;)

I’m so glad that BH Cosmetics is noticed by one of your influencers and I agree with you that the Naughty palette by BH is a fantastic one. I have like 90 palettes and ranked all of them for fun and i will tell you colourpop is an absolute fave.. Most of my palettes from them were like HIGH on my list.. And i agree with you.. Garden variety is gorgeous but does not work as well as their other palettes.. I ranked it VERY low. I feel like colourpops shadow formula worked best prior to them coming out with sequined and glitter shades.

My husband got me both The Natasha Denona Glam palette and The Sydney Grace Enduring Love palette and I would flip them for sure. I have used both several times since Christmas and working with those Natasha Denona eye shadows makes putting on eye shadow crazy easy. The Sydney Grace not so smooth to use for me and I have grey eyes and WOW those colors in that Glam palette......It's like she made a palette for us grey eyed ladies. I will keep trying the SG palette as it's cost means I have too. lol

Yay! Was really looking forward to this video! I’m glad you devoted one video to eyeshadow palettes (my fave). I have bought so many of the Sydney Grace individual shadows. And, boy oh boy, they do not disappoint! Have a few more on order. And the small Natasha Denona palettes were so nice! I was surprised how much I liked them. Lorac is awesome. Looking forward to a video of a 7 looks with one (or all?) of them! Thanks so much for this video!

I did not buy much coz I knew I would not use. The most exciting buy for was Scott Barnes Snatural but it’s still untouched since I have not put makeup on for months now
