yh man, i worked at hungry jacks for almost 4 years and got hired in year 10 and when i started i was obese. I found a cheat code to stay lean just by fasting pretty much the entire day and when it was my break id order a ultimate double whopper but id make it myself and get rid of all sauces, just beef, bacon, one bit of cheese and HEAVY on all the salads. I got leaner than i ever had in my life and had a six pack ( also worked out for a few hours daily)

My husband is a Vet, this just made us Crack up because we joke about his PTSD, it helps him get through its not all bad or good, but when stuff makes him jump random sounds he always says, "careful! I've got the PTSD's!" Its how he gets through work, he works at a car dealership, u can imagine how jumpy he can be from the noise but instead they laugh and he says that.

@sandrew1339 well I kinda just...mentioned the good part, it's not all laughs unfortunately. When we first got together, he barely slept, he couldn't, he was afraid to, I have PTSD too from a unrelated incident so I have issues too. We both don't like strangers knocking at the door, or if someone's uninvited. My husband needs to plan for a while before we go out, like we completely map out every trip to the store and stuff like that. We lean on each other for those things, and thankfully after 8 years together he sleeps well most of the time, besides him still loving to get up at like 3 or 4 to come out to the living room to lay on the floor until his alarm, he likes being on the floor. He was in the 82nd, paratrooper. Definitely have worked on it for these 8 Years but whenever we can make a good joke about a startle, or getting stuck in that fight or flight mode, we try to joke our way out of it becoming a big anxious issue. He has a service dog, Bella, shes a Belgian Malonois and she helps and has helped so much, she goes everywhere with him. Before we met it when he went though his destruction phase, when he first came home he totally blew up his life, we actually met in group therapy and fell in love, so I guess we dealt with the aftermath of that. He was stuck in that cycle for years before me, I can only speak so much but it was bad. I'm sorry to hear you've had to go through it too, it's awful but, I am so thankful for guys and gals like you willing to put your minds as well as your bodies on the line for our country. No one should have to go through this and the VA totally has dropped the ball that's a different story all together but thank you still for your service but like my husband says, unless u really know, people don't even know what they're thanking you for really unless you lived this. It gets swept under the rug more then it should but I wanted to let u know, I appreciate you, and I'm sending some ❤️from my family to yours.

I'm glad you have a doggo friend, they really are the best medicine, they'll understand you better then anyone, give you someone to take care of and love, and they won't ever judge you for how you feel. Its nice to have that comfort, if you end up just wanting to be alone, that's OK too, my husband didn't plan on being with anyone, he wanted to get a dog, move out to the woods and do carpentry, but we met by chance and we have a beautiful son, we got lucky, I struggled with my own demons, blew up my life, I've got different triggers but the world is overwhelming, and when you go through stuff it's that much more. Whatever you do, you're brave. I know this was a random comment to have this conversation but I'm glad you did because you have brothers out there, my husband being one, and we see you, and its going to be okay. Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not in a couple years but you'll be alright. Don't completely disconnect, we started a conversation, I like to think that's God sometimes, even if you just need someone to say hey, I get you.❤️I'm grateful to have gotten to meet you sir.
