How to pay if i am filing I -130 online ?

If I file I-130 online with payment by credit card, and the remaining package of AOS (i.e. 485, 131, 765) by paper, can I use personal check for those paper forms, or I have to use the same credit card method with the I-130 online?

After I sent in the I 485 RFE What does it really mean when (USCIS has begun working on your case again. We will send you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.) It's been 4 months since we received this notice from USCIS.

When im paying with money order what address do i put on the money order for I-130 filling fee. I know to address it to homeland security but as far as physical address would that be to the same lock box address for sending the petition packet?

Hello, your videos are a blessing. I have a question. I have tried to pay for the AOS fee twice now but it didn't go through. Both transactions were canceled. I used the same banking information to pay for the IV fee on same application and it went through in a business day. What do you think the issue is with the AOS fee? Thanks.

Hi Kseniya ! I just got one dilemma : I am writing checks from my business Chase debit account, which only states business name on top of check and my current adress (same as business adress). Do i have to provide a copy of my business debit card which has my name and business name on it along with every check i attach ? Or i dont need to add that copy of card ? Also , along with every bank check, do i have to attach form G-1450 ? Thanks in advance !

If I am filing concurrently, and I have the I-130 and I-485 filing fees, do I still have to pay fees for the rest of the other forms such as I-765, I-131, etc? Or will they be waved since I am filing concurrently?

The fees won't be waived, in the video she shows examples of using 4 separate cashiers checks to pay for all the forms fees while filing concurrently

Hello ma'am! I really hope i can get a reply from you on my question. I watched your video and you stated that the petitioner should stick to ONE payment method throughout the petitions. My question is, my husband filed f2a for me through mail and paid with money order in 2023. Now he want to file i130 for our son online thereby paying online as well, would this make uscis to reject the petition as you stated? Please your reply would be really helpful.

You may pay fees with bank drafts, cashier’s checks, certified checks, personal or business checks (made payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security), and money orders that are drawn on U.S. financial institutions and payable in U.S. funds. If filing Form I-131 directly with a domestic USCIS field office to request emergency advance parole, you can only pay by personal or business check (or card).
