This part had me confused. But I found clarity regarding the medical exam part. Certain green card applicants - such as those adjusting status from the K-1 visa - will not be required to undergo a medical exam, as they have already been examined prior to entering the United States.

For example, a sheet explaining why we selected a box that normally would raise red flags or a sheet explaining why my husband and I do not live together yet. I also had a lot of different addresses so I had to use multiple copies of the last page in forms I-130 and I-485. I just want to make sure!

I think I have everything, but I was wondering if you think I need to apply passport pictures for my husband (the petitioner/my sponsor) as well? I am applying for my parents individually of course, and they are staying in the US with me on a B2 visitor visa. Their visas don't expire till 2027, however, their admit until date is in January 2025. Considering they will legally have to leave before the get their green cards, but will still have their B2 visas, do they need to apply for the advance parole, or can they reuse their B2 visas to entire USA again in a couple of months from January?
