Best phone holder for your Brompton

The basic quadlock phone mount called 'Out front mount' works on bromptons! It is a must have bike accessory. Together with a MAG Universal Adaptor they call it the 'Universal Fit Kit'. Please do not cheap out on phone mounts like i did. I almost lost my phone because the product I used became loose in the middle of my ride. Almost got crushed by a passing car!!! I was just lucky!

I’m sorry you went through the same unfortunate incident as I did. Was ideally hoping the video would save phone screens. But anyways, Glad it helped! I myself now have multiple quad lock accessories in use.

@@Lauryncorr yes. Come to think of it. I should make a video about that. 🤔 it’s a desk mount and replaced the head with a wireless magnetic head. Then I used the non magnetic to build a kind of selfie stick/clamp 😅

@2:00 the original mount was positioned upside down and failed as a consequence of user error. The original mount was not meant to hold the phone by compression alone and uses a backstop against gravity. The backstop was mounted to the top of the phone instead of the bottom where it would hold the phone.

hi thanks for the comment. i see why that could be confusing. id like to clarify that the bike is folded when you saw it at that @2:00 minute mark. meaning the orientation will be correct once the bike is unfolded.
