He's actually a very cute, sweet guy...You get to see his Before & After face at the start of Parts 20 & 21 👍😁 The first 3 parts don't name him, but Parts 4 onwards are called "Hung". Each episode in the series can be found on the main Sac Dep Spa channel under Playlists 🙂 From Part 8 onwards a nice viewer provides an English translation of Thúy & Hung's chat, at the start of the Comments in each Part. EDITED Jan 2021 - this was a chronic condition, which required very gradual treatment, so Thúy had to be gentle on the pores. Some are not emptied fully at first, but through 21 videos she goes back over his face carefully. So some pops aren't as "total" as what many of us like, but I think the spectacular ones make up for that! 🤷‍♀️ FYI in PART TWO, there's an epic extraction at around 26:35 where Thúy gets FOUR plugs out of one lesion! Also a triple at 34:45...in Part TWO.

She does it thoroughly and gently the first time, including all the red infected bits that are often ignored in these videos. She never ever uses her gloves or fingernails and never jabs deeply, and she never wipes muck across the face. She always uses clean tissue, every time. That’s why she’s such a specialist in Europe.

That's why 20 yrs ago, a hospital surgery for a hernia would get you a six inch scare. Today you get 1/2" incisions on either side of the naval. Cuts down on the risk of infection of which this guy doesn't need any more. Great zits though.

Там очень жарко и влажно и плюс вода не очень чистая. Можете мыть по 3 раза в день , но это не поможет. Нужна специальная терапия и мази. Лечиться нужно изнутри.

Stephanie Nelson, I have tried and am doing something wrong. If you go to KZbin’s search bar and type Thuy, it immediately brings it up. The full title is Thuy Truong removes her customer’s blackheads and whiteheads. It is Sac Dep’s and it is 1.01:57 in length. The temple acme is the best part. The video has just about every type of acne.

First let me say "I've never" and that my heart goes out to this individual 💕. Secondly, I have so many questions. How does someone's face get this bad... How long has this taken to get this bad? Because there are so many infected pores, is the skin so compromised that you couldn't probe many & empty them all at once rather than one at a time? This is a video for the record books. I'm sure you didn't even make a dent in this one. I hope you will make parts I, II, III. I would love to see his progress. You are amazing!

Vicky Nierenhausen, my suspicion is that the client is probably an older male; not a teenager. He has not paid particularly attention to his complexion in his whole life. Now, he is seeking help for whatever reason. I am just so glad he is receiving this help. It also may be expensive for his lifestyle. Just be thankful for his sake that he is getting this treatment and as I do wish him the best.

I think this kid is a bloody trooper!! Soldier!! I watched another vid a couple of days ago and a grown ass man came in with his mum and all he did was whine and winge, being disrespectful not only to Thuy, but his mum too. Some of the replies from mum when he told them to stop talking and that blood was getting all over his face, she appeased him by saying she would stop on the way home and buy him all things necessary for his skin. He was a bully. But Hung?? He may voice the odd hiss or comment but it's never directed in the negative towards Thuy or his mum. I have nothing but respect for him and for Thuy who I read, did this treatment for free.

I have seen read several negative comments on this video over the years. There is a lot of background you might not be aware of. Thuy of Sac Dep Spa is one of the best beauticians on YT. Often she can fix what other cannot! This episode is the first of the Hung series. When she does not clean a pore completely (she often does clean it properly) she will return to it later. She had many many sessions of sometimes more than an hour with the boy Hung, broadcasted in 21 episodes. When you see the final episode you see how radiant and well healed his skin is. No scars. She uses the small knife but does not poke a lot or tear up the skin which some other beauticians on YT do. She has a steady hand. Hung is a handsome boy! In the comments of the last episodes someone took the time to translate the Vietnamese into English. So we learn that the boy has a new girlfriend; and that he went to Thuy in the summer holidays to get rid of the terrible acne. Imagine how he went back to school with his new face! You hear Thuy give him good advice. You hear that she recommended face care at home and gave him something for that. She points out that the acne is more persistent on the places where his scooter helmet touches the skin. Just watch the whole series, but watch the beginning of episode 21 first and you will be stunned by the incredible result!

Anita Obler I agree. I’ve watched a lot of extraction videos, I find them to be very relaxing, but this video was causing me a lot of anxiety for a lot of reasons. She was butchered this poor guys face which had to be very painful for both him and myself! All of those big open sores are most likely going to get infected and not to mention the scabs he is going to have for the next week or more which will then turn into scars. I feel so bad for this guy. He should of just stayed home gave himself a good gentle face cleanse, a gentle exfoliation, a toner for sensitive skin ( alcohol free of course) followed by a very good quality soothing moisturizer. That would have done him wonders plus would of felt so nice and soothing for his skin thst very much needs it.

I’d rather get an area done and then not touch it again. Further. If they focus on cleaning smaller areas thoroughly they can apply a gauze afterwards to keep it sanitary as it heals. There are also topical numbing creams that the patient can opt into.

I mean I dont know about you but knowing how absolutely painful these treatments are,,(and there isnt a way around it really), would you come back again, and again and again !?!
