fancy restaurant names with even fancier prices. For God's sake, that is just vegetable on a soft chapati. Nothing worth the price. The funny thing is that most of the people eating at these places have most likely never visited Italy nor plan to do so, but vouch that they are being served authentic italian cuisine!! Adding olive oil and basil to the ingredients doesn't mean ur in Italy ...just like a corn chapati can be mexican and also indian!! Tacos and makke ki roti. Anyways that's marketing _ create the perfect ambience , use imported ingredients, jack up the prices, and with a little bit of luck, u could have people find more value for italian sea salt _ exotic! Voila!
