എൻ്റെ അഭിപ്രായം നേരെ തിരിച്ച് ആണ്. ഏറ്റവും വില കുറഞ്ഞ പ്രദേശത്ത് പോയി വീട് വാങ്ങിയാൽ, കുറെ വർഷം കൊണ്ട് പതിയെ ഒരു ചെറിയ ശതമാനം മാത്രമേ അവിടെ ഉള്ള വീട്കൾക്ക് വില കൂടുവാൻ പോവുന്നുള്ളൂ. പിന്നീട് നമ്മുടെ വീട് വിറ്റാലും വില കുറഞ്ഞ പ്രദേശത്ത് തന്നെ വീട് വാങ്ങുവാൻ ഉള്ള വിലയെ കിട്ടു. ആവേറേജോ അതിനു മുകളിലോ വില ഉള്ള പ്രദേശത്ത് ആണ് വാങ്ങുന്നത് എങ്കിൽ വീടിന് വില കൂടുന്നതും ആ ഏരിയകളിൽ വളരെ വേഗത്തിൽ ആയിരിക്കും. മാർക്കറ്റ് വാല്യുവും ഭാവിയിൽ നന്നായി കൂടും. ഭാവിയിൽ നമ്മൾ ആ വീട് വിറ്റാലും നല്ല വിലയും കിട്ടും. ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ ആണ് വീട് വാങ്ങിയത്.
