On my first visit to Bkk , I stayed in the Indra hotel adjacent to these shops , I bought a trunk load of clothes etc there , still wearing them after 5 years . Tip : arrive in Thailand with an empty suitcase :-)

What a way to shop have done it same way in Pattaya market called made in Thailand and when you go back after 6 months. They give you a better price the old English say LJ it's nice to be nice keep it going buddy....

Bangkok is the best place for clothes shopping, and Pratinum is best area. Biggest selection and cheaper than regular mall stores. He just talked about the big buildings, those shops more organized and cost more, there are also many low buildings too, crowded and claustrophobic stalls, impossible to see all the shops in one weekend and you can get lost in the warrens. This is where wholesale buyers come but you can buy retail too.

Love your work LJ. Hopefully heading to Thailand sometime post COVID. Had booked with family for Feb 2021 but we will see. Got a question about sizes of Tshirts and shorts. Do they cater for large water buffalo like myself? Shorts 44 inch. T shirts XXL Aus size? Can I find that size in Pratunam Market? My wife and kids will be fine. They will buy off rack.
