For all those complaining about the pan 1.did you see how he took the boiled pasta out of air locked container and closed it immediately,unlike the high-fi restos,which mostly keep them open as it is easy to grab it at hand distance😒 2.did you see his all spices and sauces were in cardboard box,which means he carry them home everyday🙄 3.did you see how clean his attire and hands were,if not check ur eyes🤭🤭😁 4.did you noticed how he not chopped the veggies on the surface🤨🤨instead he cut them with knife either directly in the pan or in a bowl😒😒😒..... In our home we have lots of pan and people who can help us for us it is easy to use a clean pan. But for a street vendor who is constantly serving food it is very hard. It is spicies anyway

i do run my own food cart, and i am also a street vendor, it only need to keep a glass of water near you and use a very little water after using pan fo 4-5 times, it will get cleaned completely, by the way the main reason of that residue in the pan is b.coz he is using wrong pan, he need a chinese kadahi or a frying pan for this preparation.

My mother scolds and asks me to wash utensil right after i made something. She is like transfer the food to other container, wash and then start another thing. This has happened several times with me that she notices and then she scolds ki aadat lag jayegi and yeh aadat sahi nhi hai. I am lazy AF😄. Mere yaha toh khana banke...khana ban ne wale saare utensil turant dhulte hain...sink me bhi dher nhi lagane detin...ki if it has food stuck on it, it will attract insects. This i only commented because you commented about home kitchen. Otherwise i have no issue with him. Banane wale aur khane wale ko sahi lagta toh its fine...kya dikkat hai.

I use my own secret masala for pasta and when there some times I use knoor soup masala international I can make pasta and Maggi better.then him with veg style and non veg style too

@@gragergaming5040don't add Maggi masala on pasta thats it Maggi masala made for maggi.hey man secret ingredient are in Indian spices only.I came just to see his cooking but Maggi masala is not good for pasta.his half of the pasta taste will be mayonnise,sauce but there will b no taste of Maggi masala the person who is eating pasta will only taste sauce and mayo
