Whenever I see vendor preparing food..My heart literally cries a lot.. They are poor and preparing food for us in no time and he is preparing food for us and earning for his/her family. They are far more better than beggers.. Atleast trying to earn by doing any possible work..Not just asking for money directly from us in name of god.. Sometimes, even my stomach is full or I don't want to eat something then also I go to vendor nearby my location and have some snacks..So that atleast he/she can earn something.. The noodles is overpriced 180 rupees each.selling junk food at the price of a 3* restaurant.when each packet is only 12 rupees Lack of Hygiene. Next day it will be End game for you in the toilet. I'll rather make it at home 2 noodles =24 rs Cheap priced Vegetables = 10 rs maximum Cheese = 20 rs maximum Cooking Gas and service charge =10 rs Total 60 to 70 rupees no more no less.

I might eat here. At least he has proper take away receptacles. His nails are clean and trimmed. He isn’t wearing any jewelry that harbor bacteria. His clothes are very presentable. His work station is neat, clean, and organized. He doesn’t have a whole bunch of customers standing around him like a bunch of stray cats. He’s not handling money and trying to cook at the same time. He has cooking utensils (spatulas, knives, and spoons). The food is smoking hot and he has a lot of traffic from the locals. I’d have to observe his operation a little more before I’d commit to a purchase, but as far as hygiene goes, I’m liking what I’m seeing so far. He’s much better than a lot of the street food videos I see.

IDK why are people complaining about Hygiene? When have you seen the kitchen of the 4-5 star restaurants that you eat in? How do you know that your 5-star's chef has washed his hands after doing his business? These Maggis surely do look and taste good, aside of the problem with not washing the cooking pan between two different dishes, the noodles seems to be soggy or overcooked though. Despite those, I would like to have some Maggi someday. 😊 Yum

I applaud this man and his work ethic. Probably takes long to set up and put down his stall , get all his ingredients and put effort into each dish. The good thing is he has customers as a result he may not have enough time to scrub off all the pans before each meal, but if the customers are fine then who are we to judge ?

I’m sorry, but this is a man who hates his job. He has no work ethic. If he did, he would have more than one pan, so, they COULD be cleaned between orders. Did you check out the tops to his seasoning shakers? Filthy. Coated in dried filth! He doesn’t take the time to make sure the veg are clean before chopping. Even his top to his station is dirty! You can keep clean in between orders and cooking as well as clean as you go. He takes no pride in his job at all.

Honestly, that's the truth. In order not to get sick and eat street food like this.. You'd have to go through being sick just once. but once the bacteria passes down once, your immune system adapts. Then you can eat from each stall.
