You have a lovely family.Far better to harvest from nature than buying food at a super market. Keep up with the good videos.

Hi, Beautiful family and great memories. We fished for pinks last year but we lost a bunch of Pixie spoons on the big rocks. Where is this spot with the pebble rocks? I want to go back this year in July but loosing all those expensive spoons put a bad taste in my mouth. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Thats a whole lot of Pinks! What that this week? Or last month? How long into the season do the Pink's run in Valdez?

It must be an American thing to have music replace beautiful natural sounds of nature. Why take away from a beautiful presentation. You are not making a Hollywood block buster. Great photography. God bless.

Not really....most of that was taken with a drone. The sound of the propellers spoils the sound so all it captures is the video.

Do you attach a leader line to the main line and attach the spinner on the leader line?
@HowtoAlaska3 жыл бұрын
We just tie a barrel swivel to the main line. The water isn’t clear there

Got it. I am going to the Kenai River too. What kind of set up will you recommend for there? Lures, bait, rigs, etc.

So why do you guy rip the gills out? I used a machine to chop the heads off when the fishermen brought them into us but none of the commercial fishermen pulled the gills.
@troyjones18264 жыл бұрын
to bleed them out
@HowtoAlaska4 жыл бұрын
To bleed the, it helps the meat keep better and stay firmer
