I was born there! My dad started the business pacific mountain guides but sadly he passed in 2012 and we moved away. The business is still around and they even have a store now you probably saw it right next to nat shack. Great video I can’t wait to go back this summer.

We live in Valdez, and I must say this is the best video I've seen by tourists. 😂 My wanderlust disappeared when I came to Alaska. Been here 7 years, and have no desire to go anywhere else, and even love the ~300" of snow every year. ❄️ ❄️ ❄️

Wow guys. I grew up in Valdez and left when I was 8. You showed every single one of my favorite childhood spots. Very sad you guys didn't get to see the glacier lake. It was quite the sight when I was a kid. We walked on it when it was winter, the entire lake was frozen over. But when we were walking back a massive crack happened in the ice! we got off of it ASAP lol. Great videos guys

The fish reminded me of the Rocky Reach Dam in WA with the fish ladder that they built to help the salmon get over the dam when it was built! At the time, it was quite the thing to see! When I was 16 I flew up to anchorage to visit my brother and sister n law. I flew over the Exxon Valdez We drove from Anchorage to Seward to deep see fish. We fished 1 mile from the spill. We saw where they had cleaned up the sea life. I was lucky to see a lot of sea life. Happy birthday to you Kathryn I really love your videos Stay safe stay healthy
