Overall these are the most popular places around Tallahassee, and have the best ratings (in my opinion hehehe). College town isn’t part of stadium centre and I think they should all be ranked separately axis and flex are not the same

I'm not really familiar with housing for families, since most live in houses off-campus, but you can definitely live in any of these places with your family, I just wouldn't recommend it since college apartments arent the best environment for kids
