Very enlightening to learn about the UK bullion purveyors. In the colonies, my preferred emporiums are Bullion Exchanges and Coin Huskers. On rare occasions I may chance upon deals from alternative exchanges, nevertheless, the premiums tendered by Coin Huskers and Bullion Exchanges are consistently far more favorable. That’s a cracking deal, scrap sterling is £0.55 per gram today from Bullionbypost. You could scrap 500g today and make a decent profit, not saying that’s what you should do but nice to know you got a very good under spot deal

I only use the same 4 bullion dealers and i switch to see which coin i want and who does the best deal, adkinsons, tavex, bullion by post, hatten gardens, never brought from royal mint for the prices are too high, not brought from chards either, i buy silver from facebook from well known dealers, its hard to go to visit deallers as they are too far so i pay for delivery which i dont mind, awsome video josh hope your well mate 👍

Thanks my man. From experience, I have found RM to be overpriced. Atkinsons and Chards for gold Britannias fractional silver. Hatton Garden Metals for sovereigns. My next order will be with Tavex in a few weeks for the 1g Tavex gold bar etc. I entered their competition for 5 entries. Fingers crossed.

Hello Mac mate 🤝 hope you're well today? Always a good topic to cover as dealers price vary so much! I used to look around the usual top online bullion shops but Atkinsons always ended up coming out best price for my gold, especially for my sovs, free delivery from there too. I know it's abit of a risk for those that dont like the new ones as can end up with a new rose coloured one but i always get the cheap and cheerful mixed date, feels great to get that older one at a decent price👍 I only buy silver privately now days as get to avoid that 20%vat, stackers social has done me very well for my silver britannias lately, great prices from trusted members of the community, it's a win win for buying silver as you said cheaper for the buying and better for the seller 👍 as long as you stick to already known people in the community and remember the old saying " if it's too good to be true..." everything will be all good init mate 👍 good luck on the tavex competition Mac 🤝

Totally understand mate, I actually prefer the best value ones, I think for me whatever one I’d get I’d be pleased with but I’m not a big fan of the copper looking sovs they have at the moment. Good luck aswell mate I hope someone gets something😊

Great video mate! I have one shop in my town where I can buy bullion but he only has about 4 coins at a time and charges more than anyone I’ve ever seen! £55 for a 1oz 2024 Britannia last time I looked!!

Good video. If you start stacking now at £32 for a silver Britannia , tavex buy it back for £22 you have to keep it for years before break even . Or is it " i dont get it ". Please any advice

Yes that’s right, you can find private sellers closer to the spot though around £26. I personally try to buy silver as close to spot now unless o really like the silver piece. Silver for collectables, gold for saving/investing, gold has a much lower premium compared to silver. Hope that helps

​​@@daviniarobbins9298 I saw new silver Britannia on tavex at just below £32 today if I remember correctly they are£31.66 each . I'm saving to pay my mortgage off early so I only buy 1oz of silver a week and a couple of 1g gold bars a month so my stack is not that big .

I tried buying a 2019 silver Britannia 1oz coin yesterday for £25 off an eBay private seller. They declined my offer. A pity as I was willing to pay a little bit extra. Am trying to buy silver Britannis's going back to 2013 but I am not going to pay stupid prices to get them. The prices private sellers are asking for I might as well go buy off a coin dealer such as Bullion by Post or Atkinsons if I am being honest here.

Yeah I’d personally only now get regular silver bullion for as low as I can, it takes a collectible or special piece for me to now pay more. Gold is better in terms of premium, it’s just costly
