Javier Arenas had the best hands and focus, he was almost machine like! I would like to see someone do the stats on how many times he called for a fair catch compared to how many times didn't. He would stand there with heat pouring down on him and still make the catch and yards after to boot!

I disagree with most of those. 2007 pass to Caddell to beat Arkansas 2008 julio td to go 31-0 vs Georgia 2009 Cody blocked field goal 2010 is good 2011 is good 2012 yeldon screen pass 2013 pick 6 vs Johnny football 2014 perfect 2015 drake run back is good tied with onside kick the rest I agree with
@ZaqSwank3 жыл бұрын
I would also say that the 2009 Javier Arenas interception was more a product of Tim Tebow making a bad throw, than Arenas and Alabama making a good play. Acrobatic play, no doubt, but we got lucky - Aaron Hernandez was open. A lot of these are good though.
@Weebo423 жыл бұрын
Yea, I liked most of them, but the 09 year was without a doubt the blocked field goal and the 2012 should be the yeldon screen pass and a little cut to Zach Mettenburger getting sacked 2 or 3 times straight to end the game.

You had some of the same games with my favorite special moments... 2008 SEC Title game against Florida Mark Ingram's dive for the first down by keeping his legs upright. 2015 National Championship against Clemson the fake kickoff onside kick whatever that was called so Bama could get the ball back. 2019 South Carolina game Najee Harris's beautiful spin move for a 35 yard rush I believe it was.

You should change 2010. While Yes, Marcel Dareus’s pick 6 against Texas was in the 2010 calendar year, and of course was an amazing play, it was the championship game for the 2009 season. Personally I would have chosen Julio Jones’ 68 touchdown catch from Greg McElroy in the Iron Bowl. I know it was a loss for us but was still an amazing play.

Already wrong from the jump, lol. The best play from 2007 was Javier Arenas return for a TD against top 5 LSU. Loudest BDS has ever been, took the eventual national champs to the brink with a way more inferior roster.
@downsouthhighlights Жыл бұрын
I revised this one a while back, I’ll paste the link. You are right, that is definitely one of the loudest moments in BDS history. Back when us bama fans would destroy our vocal cords at games. BUT, I believe 2007 has to be the game winner to Matt caddell.
