Thank for sharing! Yeah, the format was harsh. Then again it was only 100$. Point system is obviously less harsh. Also, earlier today, I was thinking that the rally format could also be quite interesting. Each race counting as a special and the winner is the one who finished all special with the lowest time.

You don't have to be the best to win this format... just stay above the bottom and get 1st place in the last race... so whoever is best on the last map wins it all

Elimination system on racing games seems unfair, imagine winning 4 straight races just to be KO'd by the guy who barely escaped elimination in 2 of those races... Idk point system to me is the only way to go.

That's how it works in real racing events. If you watch the 100 at the Olympics, you might have someone have the fastest time in the prelim but then have a bad race in the semifinal and not make it to the final.
