In the options on the third (game) tab. You have FOV minimum and FOV maximum settings. I have them both on highest.

I have a question though when you hit the ground are you jumping and then flipping? Could we see like a controller/keyboard overlay of what’s happening?

Yes. Hit the ground, jump + flip. I have jump and thrusters both binded to the same button so it's whatever to me. I might upload clips with input overlay but I don't know, it's really not much more than this.
