Yes complement them with an alpha center and gritty, lunch pail wings. I just can't with Kyrie, no thanks. Any chance to sign and trade him I'd do it in a millisecond. Probably won't happen ugh.

@@steviechampagne I kinda agree. That said he can be a nice role player off the bench. Instant defense and knock down 3 point shooter is valuable, every great team has them. Hardy though will be an all star if he gets the opportunity.

Created in a lab to play next to Luka. 41% 3 PT shooter, can play on ball, off ball, solid defender, can take over games.

Gosh finally someone sees it. Next to Luka he will be an absolute star people are sleeping on this. I think he is a better pairing with Luka than ky. He’s off the ball movement is also elite.

This is one of the reasons I want the Mavs to keep the pick this year!!! When will we learn you need to build through the draft!!!! And yea, Derek Harper definitely said "supposably"
@Joe_Ma99 Жыл бұрын
Especially w the new cba you have to get contributions from guys that aren’t on big contracts. Super teams are dead and you will no longer be able to build a contender strictly through trades.

I think the reason why Hardy was considered inefficient is because he was asked to do more other than to score. The guy is just a pure scorer and should make scoring his priority number 1.
@richardoteri9746 Жыл бұрын
No. He was getting used to/adjusting to the nba. He averaged a near 30point triple double in high school. He is more than a scorer but that is definitely his strength.
@thirteentomoe Жыл бұрын
@@richardoteri9746 during his time with gleague ignite, he was asked to be the primary ball handler and was asked to create plays for his teammates. Same thing happened too when he entered the NBA, he was always looking to involve the guys around him which isn't technically a bad thing but it took him out of comfort zone given his relative experience.
@dundalis Жыл бұрын
@@thirteentomoe I don't think it had anything to do with experience actually, the Ignite team had HORRIBLE shooters, like everywhere. Like only one other player than Hardy shot over 30% from 3 I think. That makes for terrible spacing, and means Hardy is facing a packed paint every single possession. That's the difference between his gleague season and Jalen Green who people compared him to. When Hardy played gleague with Mavs and had shooters around to space the court that was the difference. If Luka played with no one who could shoot over 30% from 3 he'd be way more inefficient too.
