When waldner Got a slow highball and he could smash. He changed his grip slightly and smashes the Ball sometimes out of the court ten meters away from his opponent. Never seen anybody do that. Looks like completely crazy risky shot, but he did it everytime. For sure the best smasher of all time. 😮

Waldner playing TT reminds me of how Andrea Pirlo looked playing football. They made their respective sport look absolutely effortless, all while landing some of the most insane shots/passes you've ever seen vs the best players in the World. And to top it all off, even their nicknames are quite similar, being "Mozart" and "The Maestro" 🎻🔥

Ove is absolutely the goat of TT. His game was and is the only game that caused professional sports federations to recreate Their game. So sad, I hope full court tennis doesn't make the same mistake. I still love it. Thanks for the memories. Ps. Ping pong and table tennis are two different sports and The players/fans of both know it. Oh well, the party is in the basement. 🎉
