I have a sauna sleeping bag but it has zippers, I don't know why they would put zippers on here, but I'm assuming that they're specially made. I'm going to try this Soko sleeping bags but the zippers flipped me out when I saw them. I'm just going to wear a heavy cotton clothing and go for it. Seems strange to have metal zippers or what appears to be metal zippers

I can only do a portable sauna 😢.. I only live in a condo, no space and outside of my budget. I appreciate your honesty and the clarity and effort put into this - you seem like a man of integrity. I wish we had functional practioners in Canada... I guess my question is, do you actually think its worth purchasing a portable sauna ? -- or should I save my money and travel to the neighboring city for infrared therapy at a spa ? Can you suggest any therapeutic infrared lights for at home use that is NOT sauna based ? Just lamps etc...? Do you know much about the Healthyline brand ?! Not for sweat factors but for the infrared and pemf Have you heard of Nurecover? (Just a steam sauna I think)

I advise against synergy sauna. I got one for myself and did deep cleaning behind panels. The cardboard was severely burnt. I called both daughters immediately and asked them to check behind black net panels. One called me horrified saying hers was more burnt than mine. Neither of us ever knew. If you want pics horrifying too let me know. I’ll email them. Synergy claimed bankruptcy 3/2023 and please check BBB complaints. One woman wrote about a rash, which I had and didn’t correlate to sauna.

FYI - I purchased the Synergy Sauna a couple of weeks ago. I have questions/issues and I've attempted to reach out to customer service with no response. Calls yield a "User Busy" message and emails are not returned. A quick social search tells me others have been having this issue as well. The Synergy Sauna is taking a LONG time to heat up to a desired temperature and it has a strong odor that emits after it heats up. It's so bad the whole room smells chemical-ly afterward. Are these what you'd expect?

Cliff notes on portable sauna reviews: infraredsaunaexpert.com/reviews/top-rated-portable-infrared-sauna/ Relax Sauna: cleverleverage.com/relax-discount Therasage: cleverleverage.com/therasage-discount Synergy Science: cleverleverage.com/synergy-sauna Use coupon code "justice" for a subscriber discount on any portable sauna brand. No pressure to buy any particular brand. You can also buy the Relax sauna on Amazon right now for $100 (more) than our reader discount right here: amzn.to/3F3tgz3 *Note - that amazon price is $100 more than buying direct, plus our coupon code saves an additional percent. Just giving you all the options where it's sold, since some folks like Amazon better and are willing to spend more there to avoid filling out shipping details. Any of those three portable saunas work really well, are lower EMF than the Amazon saunas, and are solid choices where a wooden sauna from the Certified Sauna List isn't right for you. This cheap portable infrared sauna on Amazon I bought, works better than the sauna blankets: amzn.to/3Kyq3IZ Sure it's higher emf, smaller enclosure, cheaply made, the zippy tent stains easily, etc... but if that's what's in your budget it'll get the job done temporarily.

Matt, first off great job laying all this out for us viewers. My question is do you recommend any of the 3 above over your DIY book and build? I am traveling to new locations every 4 months, so portable and breakdown size is important. Also, I am 6'4" 215, so I am leaning towards your DIY tent(bigger) vs. head out dome. @Larry, the only thing is the lay down sauna only has one heating element, and the sit down has two. Honestly, I typically just use one anyway, as two gets too hot. I’m petite enough to put a towel down on the bottom of the tent and sit comfortably on the floor with my legs crossed so that my head is also inside, and then I just close the top flap. Hi Matt! I just found your channel while trying to find out further information on "Higher Dose" Infared Sauna Blanket. -I am writing from Canada, so I know it's gonna cost to purchase an infared blanket. -I am 55 year old/female with osteoarthritis & am trying to find the best infared sauna blanket for tryiing to reduce muslce and joint pain, that I can. -I've seen a few keto followers who are using and promoting these and I really am not a name-brand person, but know that amazon may not be my best friend, for finding a higher quality sauna blanket. -I live in a small apt, so I thought the sleeping bag type might be the best. The pain I have is neck, back, hip/glutes, so pretty much doing yoga, qigong, authentic movment, stretching...but definately husband (who has afib) and I are looking for something that can truly help relieve some pain (hopefully haha). Thank you so much for all that you are doing for others. I can tell that you are truly an honest person, so I am open to other blankets that you recommend. (I know low EMF may be helpful for Peter's afib...he's going for a catherer ablation if he can be offered one....covid has backed our medical system out). TY! -Mary ps...as I got to the end of the video, I see that you had mentioned Higher Dose as not being 'all that'. Maybe I have to be open to the tent/tuxedo kind? :) p.s.s....I love ordering from Amazon (makes me feel safer to order from there), so if there's one from there (tent kind or otherwise), by all means, please let me know! :) Thanks again, Matt!
