42 year old total newb here, this video is still helping people like me! I definitely had my levers set way too close to my grips, no wonder I was finding one-finger braking to be annoying! It seems so obvious now, hah. Thanks man!

Well explained there Alan. Brake lever position is hugely important as it makes it easier and more comfortable to maintain a strong riding position. Thanks for the videos I'll definitely link these to my students too 👌👌

Good info. I gotta adjust my brake and shifter positions. Right now it's hard to get my thumbs to grip the handle bars. The gear shifter and remote lockout are too close to thumbs.

Same thing applies! Just make sure they're far enough over so you don't squash the fingers that remain on your handlebar under the lever when you pull it.
