36 weeks pregnant with baby #2! My 2 year old daughter gets so excited to workout with "glowbody pt" (she waves and says bye to you at the end of every video) and especially gets excited when Ava is visible! Thank you for being unashamed of the Gospel and Jesus Christ, and for using your platform to spread the goodness of His Word ❤️ loved this workout and family friendly the atmosphere you provided!

Absolutely love that you are preaching the gospel while working out, teaching, and being real a mom with real kids! You make it look easy! Though we all know it's not... But you do it with such grace and a smile that it so counter culture in this "woe is me, life is hard" culture I find myself succumbing to more than I would like. Yes it's hard, but it's good to do the hard things, and an awesome teaching experience for the kids

Becky, absolutely, you completely nailed it. When I consider the life Jesus lived: working with his hands doing either minor carpentry (very few nimble trees in Nazareth....so more likely more masonry work with his hands being a "builder" of some sorts is a more accurate translation), having to travel around staying in other people's homes, living a humble life, being persecuted...real persecution beyond just teasing or name calling, and having no vacuum cleaner/dish washer/wash machine/drier/vehicle/ear buds/podcasts/comfy sneakers, none of the luxuries we live with today to the point of excess. It truly is humbling when we look at how He lived and what he did with his time and limited comforts.

I don't leave comments, but I wanted to let you know that my toddler LOVES seeing your kids when I'm working out to your videos. I prefer the videos with your beautiful children because not only is their energy so sweet, uplifting, and encouraging to see, but because it makes my son happy enough to let me finish a workout. Please don't listen to anyone saying it isn't professional!!! They are so wrong. God bless you! And thank you so much for your videos, they motivate me so much (and my husband, too, when he joins me)! Also, you should do more Christian themed workouts. I love it.

Loved this in February! Wanted something "light" today, and chose this. It was not light, but it was the low-impact workout I needed, and my inner thighs are feeling it. Back to the 10-minute plan tomorrow :) The girls are getting so big, and beautiful as ever! Its been fun over the years so see you introduce each of your kids, and my children get a kick out of seeing them too. Thanks for sharing about Jesus on your platform! Its such an encouragement to me, and I pray the Lord uses it to reach those sheep who are yet outside His fold, as a means to turn them to the Word and Savior.

This was TOUGH, and wonderful! I definitely can't keep up with you, but I enjoyed feeling the burn! My little girls came in at the end and joined me. Thank you for your testimony of our Savior throughout the workout. I loved the peace and symbolism contained in this workout. And I love seeing you field kids requests, get bumped, give directions on snacks - it's nice to see another momma doing those things. 😊

I'm in phase 2 of the postpartum plan now! My family and I live in the Middle East so I always try to add as much Christmas into our routines as I can this time of year. I loved this so my kids could listen along to the Christmas story from another mama while I got a good workout in! Thanks so much Ashley!

Loved this workout!! I’m 5 months postpartum with my second baby and am working my way through your 12 week post pregnancy plan as I did with my first baby. I got off track with our family being sick for the last two weeks so this workout and your other new Christmas workout were just what I needed to get me motivated again! I loved the Christ-centered message, positivity, and kid-friendly workouts!

I'm 5 months pp with 4th baby but we are still in the trenches of sickness. I have been off track too but this was just the motivation I needed too! Now my older kiddos will join in too!

Currently postpartum -just had babies #3 & 4 (twins). We had 4 babies in 4 years 😅 My oldest is close to Ava’s age 😍!! I love following your pregnancy and postpartum plans as well as your recipes!! The 10 min plan and recipes are also amazing. Most of all I appreciate your heart for sharing what it means to know and follow Christ in your videos!

Love that I can get a strengthening workout in less than 30 minutes! It's nice to work on mobility, flexibility as well as endurance all at once. I'm trying to stay limber and strong throughout my pregnancy and I feel that these types of workouts are effective for my goals. Thanks, Ashley!

Love all the matching sweaters and how you had about a twenty pound Laurel weight at the end lol. According to my schedule I was supposed to do yoga today but I really feel convicted to not participate in yoga so I tried this video and I’m so glad I did. Felt good to get the blood pumping and those calves were sure burning (even without holding a toddler). Thanks for all your free videos. I love hearing about Jesus throughout them. I know it’s not Christmas but it’s a good story year round.

Amazing workout!! I really liked how you described each workout like “hanging garland”, “smiling hips”, “making Christmas cookies.” It either made the workout a bit more enjoyable or understandable. I love that little spin!

This was a comprehensive lower body burn! The lack of equipment makes it perfect for Christmas travel. Do you have any upper body prenatal workouts that don't require equipment? I'm having to improvise a little from the prenatal plan during an extended trip. Thanks for this workout! I had never done a Christmas workout, so some of the moves felt a little goofy but still delivered the signature glowbodypt burn!

Hi Delie, congrats on your pregnancy! I'm so glad you enjoyed this unique one. I don't have any No Equipment upper body pregnancy safe workouts --- to many of those require getting in the prone / push up position which I don't support for 20+ weeks in pregnancy. Rather, stick to walking, legs, and glutes during your trip and resume upper body training when you get home.

The bible also references MANY times that humans should NOT eat animals. That “fruit is thy meat” But for some reason people skip over those verses. Jesus wasn’t actually born on Christmas either. Christmas was a yule time festival for the pagans and christians turned it into a Christian holiday. Thanks for the workouts.😇

Hi Cortney, To be crystal clear: Jesus was not a vegetarian. It is recorded that Jesus ate fish (Luke 24: 42-43) and lamb (Luke 22:8-15). It is important to not pick and choose verses from the Bible to suit an oppinion, but rather to examine and exposit exactly what the word says. This is called systematic theology and it's so important that you consider WHO the passage was written to, WHEN it was written, and HOW do Old Testament laws break down when we become free of the law thanks to Jesus himself. See Genesis chapter 9, right at the beginning, after the flood in Noah's time. God grants humanity permission to eat meat and he has never once taken back this permission. Later in the New Testament in Acts (10:10-15) Jesus reveals himself to Peter in a vision and makes it clear that all foods are clean -- including the animals that the national of Isreal were forbidden to eat under old testament all. So, if you personally want to be a vegetarian and abstain from meet, that's fine! Jesus doesn't command us that we must eat meat. : ) BUT Jesus declared ALL foods, including meat, to be clean (Mark 7:19) so we can eat or drink or do whatever we do all for the glory of God.

And yep, got it that Christmas December 25th wasn't actually the *day* Jesus was born -- historians all agree on this and the Bible doesn't confirm or deny Jesus's birth day. What's less important is the DAY it happened on. What matters is we are celebrating that Christ's condescension (coming down in human flesh) and being Immanuel (God with us). That's the meat of Christmas, that's what matters.
