Loved this workout! I'm currently 26 weeks with baby number 1. Finally trying to get back into working out since I'm feeling much better now in the second stage of my pregnancy and I have to say this was tough, but I can't wait to do more of your workouts! :)

I'm in phase 2 of the postpartum plan now! My family and I live in the Middle East so I always try to add as much Christmas into our routines as I can this time of year. I loved this so my kids could listen along to the Christmas story from another mama while I got a good workout in! Thanks so much Ashley!

Any advice on bashing your body because you know it looks this way because of poor choices you’ve made to make it become this way? I have a hard time with this because I feel like I’m not telling God He didn’t make me beautifully, I’m ashamed that I am the one wrecking my body to be chunkier than it should be and each comment I make about my body is me shedding light to myself or others that I know I’m in the wrong for choosing to be lazy about my body. Almost like I’m confessing for my wrongs.

So glad to hear this from you! Do the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan once your baby arrives (you can get it when you are pregnant to start using all the recipes from the Mom Cookbook! You keep my programs for 10 years, so no concerns about anything expiring on you). Then after the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan you'd be ready for the 10 Minute Plan (43 x 10 min workouts from home).

Hi Ashley. Are your 8 minute workouts safe for pregnancy too? Love your workouts, and I’m doing a few of your prenatal ones regularly, but sometimes I don’t have time or energy to do a long workout but still want to feel like I’m accomplishing something. Thanks.

CONGRATS! here are a lot of 15 min or less workouts in my Free Prenatal Program for you. My 8 minute workouts here on youtube are only *first trimester* safe. After 12 weeks you really need to move over to prenatal specific. : ) www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts

So glad you loved this one Hailey! Any organic coconut oil will do -- I shop Aldi so that's the brand I use then I transfer it to a cute glass jar for my bedstand and outside the shower. : )

Great workout! I'm 20 weeks and a bit out of shape, this was easy to follow but challenging! I loved that it wasn't too rushed or fast like cardio! Thank you!

Thank you for this! First time mom, 33 weeks pregnant and been dealing with PGP and pubic symphysis pain for a little over a month now. I thought it was a normal part of pregnancy and I just need to accept it and push through it. Reassured that it’s not “normal” to be pregnant and limping, in pain with any transitional movement, putting on pants, etc. Learning a lot about my body! Anyways, I love this channel and have been keeping up with all the pregnancy workout videos. Finding they have the perfect amount of challenge and training for me.

Jessie, stand next to a wall so your finger tips can *graze* the wall as needed. This will help you so much but not reduce the glute activation I want you to learn how to recruit from this exercise. Congrats!!
