Bourrasque -- So difficult for me to play. Get killed early all the time. Light tanks are hard to play for average players. Heavy tanks absorb a lot of mistakes.

Depends. I started to play light tanks cause I found mid tiers boring, slow and useless against higher tiers. However I liked BDR, TigerI, T29 and T32 as a relatively new player (but I progressed from noob fast and stopped as above average). For me light tanks are completely out of balance with ELC and Manticore being by far best scouts, but heavies are harder to play. They go somewhere and they can't take decision back. They can be left alone when flank falls and for me they seem to have mostly defensive role. Actually even bourrasque or kpz07 can have great impact on heavy flank in the cities with small blocks (highway, lakeville, berlin) when they can flank low hp enemies and either distract them or kill them.

This may be true. Ive had major problems making decent stats on medium X tier BatChat when french was the only line with clips. Still did average, but eventually sold it and never came back to that line

The thing with borat is, unlike any other tank in the game, the damaged gun accuracy penalty is only 50% while on the rest is 100% So this means, if you max out the tank for accuracy and damaged gun accuracy penalty reduction, you get something stupid like .32 base and .3 with a damaged gun. Yes a tank with a damaged gun is more accurate than a tank with a full Hp one And to achieve that kind of bullshit you need: -armorer (-20% penalty on a damaged gun) -bia -vents -IAU -food -IAU directive -first pick from the second field mod (-20% penalty on a damaged gun) -second pick from the second field mod (-2% base accuracy) Regular equipment works too, you get better accuracy even without food and the directive plus standard equipment

skoda is overrated from a generic 5-6k WG rating player's stand point. it has an unreliable armor with some obvious weak points which more or less experienced player can exploit. It has an obnoxcious combination of utterly slow-aiming and innacurate gun and bad penetration. You can do things on this tank with regular rounds only if you have higher than average expertise in pre-planning, positioning and advanced shooting skill. For mass player i suggest three premium tanks for daily running: 1) Lowe, if you are ok with very rutine gameplay. This tank has forgiving armor, reliable gun with nice accuracy and excellent penetration and increased income rate: raw 100k silver for around 2k damage, bust its depressingly slow. 2) T-103. Awailable for bonds, has armored fully rotating turret, bullseye gun, same to IS-4, but much better, surprising mobility and depression angle. But its large, has effectively non-existant hull armor and triangle in it's class, which players takes too much literally. 3) Somua SM. When AMX 50 100 gets good. One good magazine can make your money already. Unlike the majority of magazine-based tanks, it doesnt require advanced skill to play, has great gun, OK mobility and some armor, which you shouldn't rely to. Excellent introduction to the world of classic magazine tanks.

@@angeltensey I fall in same rating range but I thoroughly enjoy skoda (got it a month ago). It really scales up with food and crew skills. My Skoda is very accurate and I usually do 4k plus games with it.

It has somewhat different playstyle I agree. It has more like an opportunist playstyle as you need to make the shots connect and penetrate. Cant always play in the front with it but man lurking around is fun in it.

What are your thoughts on the E75 TS vs the renegade? I'm a bit of a renegade enjoyer but I find the armour/cupola more frustrating than the gun for consistency. Also, I didn't realise the E75 TS was faster than the renegade. That's nuts! The two tanks seem quite similar in style, which I hadn't really considered before. Good video 👍

I had renegade only briefly as rental tank, I feel like renegade has more consistent armor and more consistent gun. Worst of them is M-IV-Y which is not that fast, turret has quite strong sides, but once you lower the gun (to aim at lower plate of enemy), whole turret roof becomes giant weak spot. I also think that Renegade has best DPM of them, but check the tables. Renegade has one weakspot, E75ts has copula and "eyes" and turret is not immune to TDs.

Great video and to the point tank reviews. I prefer bourrasque to progetto. Not because progetto is bad, but bourrasque is like not even much worse version of amx13105 at tier 8. It has much better gun handling, turret turns faster than a tank (opposite is annoying feature of amx) and intraclip reload is shorter and because balancing reasons, it has better penetration at distance as well. My setup is IRM, optics and bond vstab with alternative exhaust, optics and cvs which I use as a backup scout especially in tier 10 battles with one or no LT. Progetto is awesome as well, it's more reliable, but it's not that great for combined damage (it's equally good for damage, worse for spot cause it has pretty bad camo). I think ELC EVEN 90 belongs here with completely broken camo that can outspot and deny vision to tier 10 lights.

IS-3A, GSOR 1008 should definitely be here IMO. IS-3A has an Intera-clip reload of 3 seconds with the ability to dump 1200 damage in 9 seconds, standard shells have 221mm of penetration, prem has 270. It is an absolute unit and has decent armor to boot. The GSOR just has a really high damage potential and an accurate gun comparable to the Skorpion, with 11 degrees of gun depression. It is highly mobile to boot, and has an Intra-clip reload of 2 seconds and decent penetration. Honorable mentions for me would be the Caernarvon AX, Skorpion, SU-130PM, and 122 TM. However, due to the drawbacks of the aforementioned tanks, I understand why they are not. I don't mean any disrespect in your opinion, but I was disappointed to not see the IS-3A specifically. Informative video, I had no idea the E-75 TS was a viable tank in any regard, so thank you. Keep up the good work o7

I honestly can't decide, which premium tank is my favorite... Skoda is awesome, same as ELC even, Burasq and Progetto, and now lately I adore playing object 703 version II... You will laugh but i found IS2 (premium) to be one of the best premium tanks, with rammer and vents it can deal 400 damage every 10 sec, this is insane.

The Skoda T-56 is a Holiday loot box tank. Sadly, I never get this type of damage. You still need to be an above average player. And, 75 % of my games are against Tier ix and Tier X tanks.

You can easily forget the T56. Without gold and food it's just a frustrating piece of crap. It cannot even pen a broadside of a CS52 Lis, and only crits it on the front roadwheel, and without bounty/bond equipment is as derpy as an is6, so if you are looking for credit farming this is just a waste of money, if you are looking for a fun gameplay it will be frustrating without all of the above. So it is for fun only with all the credits thrown at it, and if you do that you may as well just go for the tech tree tierX.

You should try to speak slower, you'd be able to have more time to think about the next thing to say and also help you when trying to say things like for example stopping you from messing up words, not that i hate the quick talking but it feels like you struggle a bit with it.
