Hi coach I am in a catching slump and I watched your video on it but i just can’t get it out of my mind because I dropped 2 passes on a practice wide open and even when I catch the ball it is still in my head

You just have to focus on a trigger phrase that helps you look it in and then rep that out. It’s takes some time but you also just gotta forget about the drops and move on. I know it’s not as simple as that but drops happen. Even the best in the world drop passes

What do you do for an MOR vs an outside shaded DB?

You would just have to force it. Close the space with the DB give the best move you can at his inside shoulder than force it. Usually in that case we have something going underneath so if the DB rides you to the sideline and he’s out of the underneath route play, then we did our job
