i picked the liiitllextra riceberry gentle face moisturizer last month in a deal. it hasn’t caused any irritation and leaves my skin feeling great. wash and moisturize two times morning and night. before putting on it, i apply riceberry face serum, and in a month itself i am seeing that my dark spots are lightening and my skin looks plump like a watermelon.

I've used EltaMD UV Clear Untinted sunscreen for a couple of years. I've tried the UV Clear Tinted but found it less creamy than the untinted. The niacinamide in this sunscreen really helps my skin clarity and texture. It also works better under foundation than the tinted version on my skin.

I don't have dry skin. I clicked thinking at the very least I'd learn about some new techniques and/or products to add to my skincare routine. And to leave a comment requesting the Multicalm cleanser to be restocked. For a minute I also thought it had been discontinued. Which would be a shame since it's my favorite,I like the texture, I like the ingredients and I love the smell. It's a complete sensory experience and something I look forward to using. So hearing that it will be back in stock was the best possible news that I could get from Susan. Well, apart from her also telling me I'd won a lunch with Keanu Reeves. But realistically speaking the restock of the Multicalm cleanser is such great news. Thank you for this! I'm looking forward to it.

Mary & may idebenone cream is amazing for my dry and dehydrated skin for the morning time. When I use just a moisturizing spf it’s not enough for my skin (unless it’s summer)

Thanks for this video, really helpful. I think Origins is the originator of the milk type product but I could be wrong. Their plantscription emulsion is really great. Pretty sure it’s been around for over a decade. Dry and sensitive skin here and now over 50.

Hi! An essence or a toner would go on after you cleanse, and before your serums. The order typically is: cleanser, toner/essence, serum, moisturizer, sunscreen. Hope that helps !

I still struggle a little! I find that setting my makeup with a setting spray like the Charlotte Tilbury or the One Size on super glam days really helps keep it in place without looking dry.

The Naturium MP moisturizer is very good under my sunscreen! I'm looking forward to trying the MP serum! I will say, the Dew Glow sunscreen, I've had a few issues with it separating. (I keep it in a cool place.) I can't use it every day because it does NOT agree with my eyes. Whenever I don't use it for a week or so, when I go back to pumping some out to use, I get a liquid first. I'm not sure what's going on.

For toner/essence, I love the Good Light Moon Glow Milky Toning Lotion. For serum, I use Naturium's Niacinamide Serum, which, yes, is great even on dry skin!! That formula is a winner, Susan. For moisturizer, as you said, a good mid-weight moisturizer is perfect, and I love Krave Beauty's Oat So Simple Water Cream the most!

I liked the LRP Toleriane cleanser, but it stung my eyes when going in to wash off my eye makeup. So I switched to the Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser (light blue cap) and have never looked back. I use it morning and night and my skin feels so supple afterwards. I'll have to try your cream cleanser soon!

Thank you Susan for their great Dry skin care video. I to have dry skin and my under eyes are extremely dry. I hydrate and use a great moisturizer under my eyes and when applying my High End Serum Concealer, they cling to dry skin and looks horrible. Help!!!! Would you PLEASE,! Do a video on this problem. I want to try the laneige and the fenty milky toner. I have been loving and using the Thayer hydrating milky toner. I have used the naturium vitamin c serum but have been trying new ones. I sometimes change between using a moisturizer and sunscreen or just sunscreen. If I'm doing sunscreen with moisturizer, I love the fenty one. I just started using the supergoop hydrating daily cream and love it too.

I have to admit that I do love the Naturium sunscreen and have started skipping cream because of it (dry skin girl). But I’m finding that no matter what sunscreen I use or how long I wait, it just doesn’t absorb. Why?

Try a hydrating essence or toner underneath. Most moisturizers aren’t meant to fully absorb. They’re more to lock in hydration.

I emailed Naturium customer service over a year ago asking out of curiosity the percentage of ascorbic acid in their vitamin c serum and they said it was proprietary. As a skincare enthusiast I’m just curious to know. I’m thinking it’s a lower percentage since they are on shelves at target and wouldn’t want the ascorbic acid to oxidize.

Also don’t know why everyone says a lot of these pure vitamin c serums smell like hot dog water. The ONLY serum I get that smell is with the Cosrx vitamin c 23 serum. Every other pure vitamin c serum I’ve tried (Prequel, SkinCeuticals, Timeless, Dr Brenner, Drunk Elephant, Paula’s Choice, Maelove, Geek & Gorgeous and Brandefy) ALL smell the exact same. It’s the ferulic acid and for whatever reason I LOVE how it smells. It always reminds me of a forest 😅

Hi! Don’t be scared to use it in a dry climate. Apply it while skin is still damp, then make sure you lock in the hydration with moisturizer.

Great video. I have been talking about the Fenty Skin Fat Water Hydrating Milky Toner since it came out. It is sooo hydrating and the ingredients and consistency are sooo good. Better than the Laneige and other milky toners I've tried for my dry skin. The Fenty and the Farmacy Niacinamide Night Mask saved my skin when I was pregnant and were the two things that penetrated and kept my dry skin and my pregnancy melasma neck hydrated. I don't know why beauty influencers are so quick to trash celebrity skin care lines so it's great to see you bigging it up. This Fenty toner and their face cleanser have been holy grails for me and now my fiance is hooked on the toner too...lol. I am a long time fan so I learnt the no cleanser in the morning from you and it worked well for me. I decided to up the ante and now I use raw honey to wash my face in the mornings and that has been a game changer! I run on first thing in the shower and wash off last thing so it gets a few minutes to sit on the face. If you ever see this comment, maybe you can let me know if you ever tried that.

Your retinol will have completely absorbed by the time you wake up the next morning. It usually only takes about half an hour for it to absorb.

Hi! I live in Spain and this is the sunscreen I use. Where I live it's rather dry, so it's nice for my dry skin. It might be overly dewy if you're going to a humid country, though.

Would be nice to hear how to deal with dry patches. Talking about dry skin, everybody on internet recommend to start with moisturizer after cleanser and using lotion. But what if it’s morning, you have dry flakes, you need to apply makeup and you know that all day you will be exposed to sunshine, so you need also to use SPF. In this case my questions are: what do you recommend to use for exfoliation, how often; is it safe to use SPF right after exfoliation? Thank you very much!
