Thank you - glad you liked it 🙌 No for CRM (in the sales context) we use Pipedrive Main reason being not having 2 way email sync is a deal breaker for us. Actually evaluating new CRMs right now and thinking of either attio or breakcold Might make a video soon!

Thanks to the comment! E-Mail reminders pre call? Yes we do We book all calls trough calendly and send 3 reminders. Either the prospect fills out the calendly themselves or our appointment setter does it Helps with tracking, rescheduling & reminders
