how would you do conversion rates of leads to sales? i tried with formulas but couldn't figure it out

How far did you get? You'd have to great separate formula custom fields and then add a multiplier to covert your lead custom field to sales. You'd have to calculate manually what your conversion rate is and make that number the multiplier.

@MarquisMurray I got asana to keep count of how many task went through each "section" from lead-contact-appointment-present-close. And display it as a graph, I just do the equation manually, but would be dope if it could do that

Hey, thanks for watching! Portfolios in Asana can't be added to specific teams, but you can add any project by accessing the 'Project Actions' (the arrow pointing down next to the project's name), clicking on 'View Project Details,' and then adding it to any team.

Awesome video! We just got Asana internally and I’m trying to really maximize the product to be as efficient as possible. I would love to get your thoughts and recommendation on how to handle tasks for clients that might not fall within a specific project. I work for a tech company and implement projects for our clients. Most of our work fall into larger projects but for some clients, we can go into a period of handling smaller requests that might take a 1-2 weeks to complete. My concern is having too many boards to track, if I have one per client per project then another boatd for general requests for clients. At the same time, I wonder if combining general tasks along with project work on one board might become too hard to track, even with clear due dates. Would love your thoughts on this - thank you!!

Hey, just an amazing video and so excited to see more content from you!!! I'm just in love with asana, it's saved me more times than not. I would just like to know how I can "add teams" if I don't have the option anywhere to add teams to my asana in that side column. I'm currently creating different workspaces to manage multiple clients and their teams on multiple projects but even so, I would love the opportunity to use the team's section for even more clear organization & productivity for both myself and my clients. Please help! Thank you!!!

Hey there, so glad you're loving Asana! Teams is a paid feature on premium or business. Also, there is no access to them in workspaces. Workspaces are setup to work between small teams, so you have to make sure that you're using an "Organization" and are paying for at least premium to get the teams feature. Hope that helps!

Hi Vaslie! I'm so sorry I missed this comment! I recent changed my setup but all my gear is listed in the description of my videos. I have a Canon M50 with a sigma 1.4 lens. I used to use Screen flow to record and edit but I've just started using Premiere Pro to edit. I'm not great at it but I'm happy with the results so far.

hi marquise question 1 i was wondering when a project was created for example marking. Do you invite a client via the share button? question 2 how do you get on the left side next to the project name a ↓ and on the right side a + I have a premium trial version and I don't have it.

That's correct. Any email that isn't from your domain would be added as a guest. Make sure that the task is private if you don't want each client seeing each other's tasks.

When would you create a project versus a portfolio? Please describe your point of view.

Hey, thanks for watching! Basically, it will depend on your objective. Ideally: 1. *Projects* are used for specific tasks aligned with one objective, which may or may not have an end date (they can also be ongoing, but should be managed differently). *Example:* 2024 New Year's Party or September's BBQ for Employees. In these projects, I will list every task needed to successfully launch these events. 2. *Portfolios* can be thought of as folders that contain multiple projects, allowing you to track them together. *Example:* 2024 Events. The projects mentioned above would live inside this "folder" because they are both events happening in 2024. Hope this is helpful!

How would you setup asana if you only offer 1 specific service. Not multiple deliverables. We rank a website first then end up renting it out to a client. We are struggling to setup Asana for this

How did you make out? If you can’t see the “add team” you’re more than likely on a free plan or in a paid workspace. You’d need to upgrade your plan.

Hi Bro and thanks for the tips . I would like to know how to properly setup the view for my case 4 internal stakeholders wants an outlook on 4 portfolios that contains 33 projects projects are done by 2 different internal teams based on project function + external vendors Each team should only View an update their own project + vendors to see the assigned projects only All projects are initially created and monitored by PMO team and the functional teams and vendors should logged the update through projects lifecycle ! 😅hope it’s not complicated setup
